DaBaby and DaniLeigh have reportedly reached a settlement in their custody and child support dispute over their 5-year-old daughter, Velour Babyleigh Kirk.

Details On DaniLeigh & DaBaby’s Custody & Child Support Settlement
According to TMZ, DaniLeigh and DaBaby reached a 13-page agreement outlining custody and child support arrangements for their daughter, Velour. Per the reported deal, DaBaby will pay DaniLeigh monthly child support, but the exact amount remains under wraps for now!
The former couple’s legal dispute kicked off in 2024 after DaniLeigh filed a paternity case, claiming she served as Velour’s primary caregiver. In her petition, she asked the court to grant her monthly child support. DaBaby didn’t stay quiet! He reportedly fired back, claiming he had a close relationship with Velour and had been active in her life since birth. From there, he asked the court to legally establish him as Velour’s father and determine child support and joint custody arrangements.

DaniLeigh and DaBaby first sparked dating rumors in 2020 and seemingly had an on-again, off-again relationship before welcoming their baby girl in August 2021. But things took a messy turn a few months after their daughter’s birth.
