#Roommates, getting your items back from Uber is gonna cost you now.
According to reports, Uber is charging a flat fee of $15 to return missing items to customers. For years, Uber drivers have been complaining about the aggravation they go through returning lost items to customers. In addition, drivers complain about the lack of tips or compensation they receive for going out of their way.
The company claims the $15 return fee is part of a new initiative to increase driver retention, in efforts to keep drivers from switching from Uber to another competitor.
