Roommates, back in 2005, #SteveHarvey and his ex-wife #MaryHarvey were involved in a very bitter divorce. Mary accused Steve of “soul murder” which, per court documents obtained by @ENews, is described as “a combination of torture, deprivation and brainwashing.”
Mary eventually sued Steve after accusing him of child endangerment, torture, conspiracy against rights, kidnapping, murder, breach of contract and intentional infliction of emotional distress. but as of this week the case has been thrown out!
The reason why is because the case didn’t even belong in Los Angeles! Since Steve and Mary were done forced in Texas, that is the only place this case can move forward.
