Ladies love to be around Trey Songz but one female is looking to block Trey from coming anywhere near her. During NBA All-Star weekend, Trey allegedly spazzed out on a woman, struck her and threw her phone.
According to TMZ, the woman’s lawyer Lisa Bloom plans on asking the judge for a restraining order on the behalf of her client. The woman claims Trey hit her in the face because he was salty that she was talking to another man.
In the legal docs, Lisa claims Trey choked her client, then began hitting her in the face a couple times until she fell to the ground. The woman says Trey didn’t stop until security got him up off of her. She says she was left with bruises all over her face and hands.
The woman said she tried to get away but Trey threw her phone down the hill. The woman went straight to hospital after the alleged altercation went down. Cops are still looking into this case.
The woman says she wants a restraining order against Trey because she works in the nightclub industry and doesn’t want to run into him.
Trey Songz lawyer, Shawn Holley, told TMZ,
“Trey has not spoken with Ms. Buera nor has he attempted to speak with her since the night of the gathering.”
His lawyer also said there were people at the party who claim that the woman is lying.
Unfortunately, Lisa isn’t backing down from this one.
“We are taking this step today to protect my client’s right to peacefully live and work, and we will continue to fully cooperate with law enforcement’s investigation of this serious matter,” adding, “We are asking just one of them with a conscience to reach out to us and tell us what they saw.”
