#KeyshiaKnightPulliam’s ex #EdHartwell is attempting to get a new custody trial for their 1-year-old daughter. Hartwell claims that Pulliam took the little girl out of state with her to support #BillCosby at his sexual assault trial, and that it cut into his scheduled parenting time.
In documents obtained by @Blast, Hartwell was ordered to pay $3,007 a month in child support, and ordered not to take oxycodone or anti-depressants while driving with his daughter. However, the judge noted that Hartwell didn’t exercise his visitation rights during most of his scheduled visitation.
The newly filed documents state that Pulliam allegedly denied Hartwell visitation on several other occasions including the 8 week’s she filmed #CelebrityBigBrother. Hartwell claims that Pulliam would also randomly change the visitation location making it difficult for him to see their daughter. For all of these reasons, Hartwell believes he deserves at least joint physical custody of their daughter.
He even had character witnesses attest to him being a great parent while noting that Pulliam hasn’t been a parent as long as he has. In addition, Hartwell wants his child support payments adjusted. He argues that the courts based her support payments off of her having a monthly income of $8,765, but says she actually pulls in around $20k per month.
