Earlier this week, Eliza Reign took to the gram to spill all the tea and vent about her alleged baby daddy Future after she filed legal documents requesting a paternity test and child support.
Now it looks like Future is working to stop Eliza from speaking about the matter any further.
According to court records obtained by The Blast, Future reportedly filed a motion for a gag order pleading with the judge to not allow Eliza to talk about him or the case. He reportedly believes that she is trying to damage his name with her recent claims. At the moment, a judge has yet to rule on Future’s motion.
As we previously reported, Eliza filed legal documents in Broward County, claiming Future is the father of her 4-month-old baby girl. She claims Future has not been in her child’s life since she gave birth back in April.
Prior to giving birth, Eliza has been very vocal on social media about Future allegedly being the father of her child. However, he never publicly addressed her claims.
On Monday, Eliza took to her Instagram story to vent about the situation and said, “He came back around. We got cool. Hashed out the past. He made promises. Then disappeared again.”
She continued, I finally decided to let the courts chase him instead. Regardless of how she got here, SHE’S HERE! So stop making excuses and justifying a grown man abandoning an innocent child!”
When one of her followers asked for Future’s phone number, Eliza responded and said, “1-800-deadbeat ????????”
