The courts have decided to grant Rachel Roy, Ex-wife of Dame Dash, full custody of their two daughters. And All he’s left with is supervised visits and a three-year restraining order from Rachel.
According to TMZ, The two battled for months over who was the better parent. Claws came out as each told the courts dirty secrets and excuses on why one was an unfit parent over the other.Roy claims that Dame smokes weed around the girls and that all the different women and drugs are bad influences for the kids to be around. Meanwhile, Dame painted Roy as a crazy drunk as he accuses her of driving drunk with one of the girls in the car as well as Roy threatening to cut him with a knife.
Ironically enough, Dame never showed up to court when the judge delivered the ruling. The couple have been married since 2005 and filed for divorce in 2009. They have two children together, 15-year-old Ava and 6-year-old Tallulah.
Honestly with how Dame has been acting lately, we can also make our own conclusions on why the judge sided with Rachel! I guess he’ll have more time figuring out the definition of a boss now. Let’s chat below !
