Looks like 50 Cent is trying to make another power move over his rival Rick Ross by forcing him to pay for 50’s legal woes!
According to TMZ, 50 Cent is currently in legal trouble for leaking Rick Ross’ baby momma, Lastonia Leviston’s, sextape. She claims that she “was so distraught after 50 posted the video she contemplated suicide.” Well Curtis is now saying if it wasn’t for Rick Ross he wouldn’t have known about the sextape in the first place and plans on suing Rick Ross if he loses his case.
In his lawsuit, the rapper turned business mogul pointed out an interview Ross did where he allegedly threatened to release the tape on his own the day before it actually came out. 50 says if anybody should pay up it should be Ross, so he has laid the condition to as if he loses his case, Ross should be the one to cover the fees.
Rick Ross’ baby mother says 50 Cent received the date from the man who she was starring in the film with and ever since the video has went viral.
