Channeling a 90s throwback aesthetic reminiscent of TLC, Chloe Bailey posed in a black leather ensemble complete with chaps and a matching bra and panty set. She has also appeared to return to the platinum blonde hair color that she switched to when she initially launched her solo career last summer, courtesy of her hit single ‘Have Mercy.’
