We have good news for Whitney Houston stans! A Whitney Houston hologram is coming next year!
Hologram concert performances became a thing when Coachella put on a Tupac show at the music and arts festival in 2012. Since then there has also been a Michael Jackson hologram performance and even a Chief Keef hologram which was created for a memorial concert that got shut down in Chicago because of Chief Keef’s “promotion of violence” in the city.
This Whitney Houston hologram was brought to life by Hologram USA. The Whitney Houston Estate is supposed to be shown at a high profile concert venue and might even be continued into a tour! There has been no official announcements about who would get the money if this was to happen but we’re going to guess that the Whitney Houston Estate would get a large portion.
Holograms have gotten mixed reviews from people and publications for being weird and scary but that hasn’t stopped organizations and companies from creating them. What do y’all think, roommates?
