Today, Megan Thee Stallion had time to call out “false narratives” about her case against Tory Lanez. First, the rapper called out DJ Akademiks for his deleted tweet that said Tory’s DNA was not found on the gun she was shot in July 2020. Akademiks alleged that the information was revealed in court, and his and Tory’s names began trending soon after. However, the Hot Girl called Akademiks out, being that court was not in session when he reported the news.
Megan wrote a series of Instagram posts, “Court ain’t even started, so why are y’all ready to start lying. I know some of y’all blogs on payroll, but please don’t get sued trying to create a hate campaign. Be a real journalist and post facts.” She continued, “And to my haters… Keep making yourself look stupid. I don’t care.” Megan doubled down, saying the narrative was false and asked why Akademiks why he was lying.

Megan kept sharing her side of things and broke the news that the court date was pushed to April 5th.
Akademiks also reported the new court date and is standing ten toes down on his deleted tweet. He clapped back and suggested that Megan access the court documents in her case. Akademiks also told people to stop playing with his name and said he wasn’t reporting fake news while taking shots at blogger Tasha K.
