Akbar V has joined the chat, sharing advice for Chrisean Rock amid her viral back-and-forth with Tia Kemp.
On the evening of Tuesday, July 1, Akbar took to Instagram to share a video on her feed with fans. In the clip, she addressed Rock directly and stated that her following words were going to be said “out of love.” Furthermore, Akbar told Rock she understands her frustration with people publicly commenting on her life and son. However, Akbar explained that Rock has lived her life publicly. Therefore, she needs to accept the avenue she’s opened up for public criticism.
In addition, Akbar recounted the public’s sentiment of feeling like Rock does the “same old thing” over and over. Despite this, she added that she can’t judge Rock because when she was a young mother, she was also in the streets, and she gave up custody of her children. Ultimately, she told Rock that the public criticism may be prompting her to defend herself because it may strike a nerve of truth. In addition, she shared that if Rock is irked by the public criticism, she should consider not showing her life online.
Before concluding the clip, Akbar even shared some words about Kemp, explaining that she could’ve contacted Rock privately with her initial statements. However, she understands that Kemp is a public figure and others desire to hear her stance on things.
“@chrisean i think what you need to do tune everybody out pray ask God to fix everything for u and take that handsome baby off internet ima give u a lil advice suh this that #bigmamatalk and i only can tell u this cause i see u @yuntieback dont mean no harm fr she just comment on everything not just you but i overly get it when cause she couldve dm u that but also remember ur business is in the internet just pray and ask God to guide you,” Akbar captioned the clip.
Social media users stepped into The Shade Room’s comment section, largely applauding Akbar V’s words of advice for Chrisean Rock.
Instagram user @chanelnicole__1 wrote, “Forever everyone thats saying Arbar shouldnt be giving advice. Shes well within her reach because she has experience in the field and has since moved all of kids in with her. Shes trying to get right in this very moment with her new child.”
As The Shade Room previously reported, earlier this week, footage surfaced of an apparent recent livestream of Kemp’s. In the clip, she received a call and asked the caller for their identity. After an inaudible reply, the caller hangs up, and Kemp calls the number back.
Ultimately, Kemp ends up showing the livestream her exchange of texts with the caller. In one message, the caller tells Kemp to stop talking about them and their son. Kemp noted feeling that the caller was Rock. To note, the alleged calls appeared to be in response to Kemp recently sharing her thoughts on Rock, adding that she felt Rock needed to get her son some “help.”
On Tuesday, July 1, Rock took to her Instagram Story to repost a screenshot of messages sent to Kemp, alleging that the phone calls were prerecorded audio of Rock. In turn, Kemp told the messenger that the calls were not prerecorded and she believed they were from Rock. Ultimately, Rock ended the exchange by telling the messenger they should urge Rock to be a mother.
To note, Rock simply reposted the exchange, calling Kemp a “weirdo.”
