Nick Cannon’s love for his ex Mariah Carey is seemingly lasting for a lifetime despite divorce and several brief relationships after that. The ‘Wild N’ Out’ executive producer revealed this week that he would jump at the chance to rekindle the magic he once had with Mariah.
The 41-year-old spoke highly of his grammy-winning ex-wife and revealed no other love would ever compare to her during an appearance on The Hot Tee Talk Show hosted by IG star HiMyNameIsTee, also known as Tee.
During a game on the show called ‘Spin The Block,’ Nick confidently made the revelation.

‘I truly respect her, the relationship that she’s been in for quite some time, and you know dude is amazing with my kids, and we got family gatherings… I truly respect her, but c’mon, that’s my fantasy love. That’s somebody I will always love,’ he explained.
Nick Cannon Is A “True Romantic”
Nick Cannon doesn’t believe in timelines when it comes to love—which contributes to his openness to rehashing things with his ex of eight years. After jumping the broom in 2008, Nick and Mariah parted ways back in 2016 but not before welcoming twins together. The two have remained healthy co-parents in the public eye.
Both have had public relationships since breaking up, with Nick having several other children since the split.
‘I guess because I’m a true romantic, I’m a true believer in love, and I allow the capsules of love to be where they lie. And I’m not a timeline dude, I believe time is man made, we make it linear when I believe it’s more reciprocal.
Nick seemed excited about the thought of renewed Mariah relationship but, added that he would hesitate getting back with Mariah on the chance they would mess up their ‘fairy tale’ connection.
‘It was literally like a fairy tale with Mariah so I’d rather it be that way and I appreciate that fantasy because if I tried to go back and it wasn’t the same, like damn, I messed it up.
