PrayersUp: An Amber Alert has been issued for the state of Florida after a 5-year-old girl from Jacksonville went missing from her home.
Authorities are searching for Taylor Rose Williams who disappeared in the middle of the night. Taylor’s mother Brianna S. Williams told police that she put Taylor to bed around midnight at their Brentwood area home, according to WFTV. Williams told investigators that she did not see her daughter and that the back door was open when she woke up around 7 a.m.
Roommates, it breaks my heart that we’re reporting on yet another missing child and we truly hope that Taylor is found safe. Authorities are searching all over the city for Taylor, who is described as 3 feet tall and weighing 50 pounds. She was last seen wearing a purple shirt and pink pajama pants.
Investigators said they are also searching the apartments where Taylor used to live. Anyone who sees Taylor or knows of her whereabouts is urged to call police immediately.
