Amy Robach and T.J. Holmes have announced a major milestone in their romance: they’re engaged!
According to Page Six, Amy Robach and T.J. Holmes shared the announcement on the latest episode of their podcast, ‘Amy & T.J.’ Specifically, Robach told listeners, “We are sharing with all of you that we are engaged and weve been engaged for just about a month now. We wanted to let you all know before anybody else was able to; weve learned that lesson, I guess, in the past about our relationship.”
Per the outlet, Holmes then told listeners that his now-fiance has been wearing her engagement ring in “crowds of tens of thousands.” However, “nobody said a word.”
“We havent been keeping it a secret, but nobody asked!” Robach reportedly explained after noting that she wore her ring at “three massive football stadiums three weekends in a row.”
Ultimately, Holmes explained that he and Robach would share the details about their proposal and how it all went down in the future.

According to PEOPLE, Amy Robach and T.J. Holmes began sparking dating rumors in 2022. At the time, they were co-anchors on ‘Good Morning America.’ Additionally, Robach was married to Andrew Shue while T.J. Holmes was married to Marilee Fiebig. Per the outlet, a source alleged that the pair’s romance did not overlap with their marriages. However, by December 2022, the pair was taken off the air while ABC investigated their relationship.
Furthermore, that same month, T.J. Holmes filed for divorce from Fiebig, per The Shade Room. Then, in January 2023, he and Robach were fired from ABC while Robach’s divorce from Shue was finalized in March 2023. However, since then, he and Robach have been going strong. Ironically, their former partners, Fiebig and Shue, began dating each other, and Page Six reports that they now live together.
In May 2024, Robach and Holmes shared their views on marriage, explaining that they were “kind of on the fence and laughing about it,” per The Shade Room.
“We want to marry each other. We dont have to necessarily get married because of what that represents. Its almost for everyone else and not for you,” Amy reportedly said at the time.
