An Amber Alert Has Been Issued For A 3-Year-Old Girl Abducted In Alabama, 2 People In Custody

Roommates, the public is urged to be on the lookout for 3-year-old Kamille “Cupcake” McKinney, who was abducted Saturday night in Birmingham, Alabama. The kidnapping prompted an Amber Alert which has now expanded to surrounding states.

Kamille was kidnapped Saturday around 8:30 p.m. in the Tom Brown Village community. She was last seen wearing a pink T-shirt with leopard-print design and leopard-print shorts with no shoes, according to WBRC News.

Officials say two persons of interest are in custody and being questioned extensively about Kamille’s disappearance. The two persons of interest were taken into custody Sunday night at Woodside Condominiums in Center Point after police were tipped off about their location.

Birmingham Police Chief Patrick Smith said at a press conference that authorities have not found a connection between the persons of interest and Kamille’s parents. Anyone with information about Kamille’s disappearance is being urged to call the police. We are praying for Kamille’s safe return and we’ll keep you posted on any updates, Roommates.
