According to Yee, her mother discovered him in his home after becoming concerned when he stopped responding to messages—something she said was completely out of character for him.
Yee explained that, in the days leading up to his death, her brother had complained of severe headaches, which he tried to manage with pain medication. What seemed like routine discomfort turned out to be a critical medical emergency, prompting Yee to stress the importance of listening to your body and seeking medical care when something feels off.
“When you feel pain like that, and it feels out of the ordinary, it is important to see a doctor – You never know what could happen,” she shared. Angela added, “It’s also not something I would’ve thought either. I’ve had headaches before, and I don’t get them a lot. I probably would’ve did what he did.”
