Having passed on the top floor, inspect the surroundings - here you need to make a couple of things, and your main goal is to get to the top floor. But before do it, go to the left of the stairs in the direction of a group of computers. All of them are currently blocked, as they need an identifier so that you can enter them. Ignore the doors to the right (storage sign), as they are locked.
Right in front of the stairs is a room resembling a production workshop (assembly sign B) - there you will find a robot lying on the floor, with whom you can communicate to learn about the pair of things that have happened here. To the left of the robot, at the end of the hall, there is a lever that is used to switch to nutrition - you will not be able to use it at the moment, but remember its location.
