On Wednesday, July 16, a new episode of Michelle Obama’s podcast, ‘IMO,’ which she hosts alongside her brother, Craig Robinson, was released via YouTube. Furthermore, the hour-and-twenty-minute-long episode featured Michelle’s husband, Barack. Immediately, the podcast kicked off with the trio discussing the previous divorce rumors.
Initially, when Barack walked on set, Robinson joked that he was shocked to see that the couple actually “liked each other.” In turn, Barack joked, “She took me back! It was touch and go for a while.”
Then, as things kicked off, Robinson recalled meeting a woman who dropped an interesting question on him.
“‘What did he do?'” Robinson recalled to the pair.
Immediately, Barack appeared to know what the woman’s question was insinuating.
“And you knew she was gon’ say, ‘What did he do?’ It wasn’t like, ‘What happened to him?’ It was like, ‘How’d he mess up?'” Barack replied.
Ultimately, Robinson explained that the woman was so happy when he dispelled her speculation that Barack and Michelle were divorcing.
“See, these are the kinds of things that I just miss,” Barack said. “So I don’t even know this stuff is going on, and then someone will mention it to me, and I’ll just be like, ‘What are you talking about?'” Barack explained.

As The Shade Room previously reported, Michelle appeared on the ‘Work In Progress’ podcast and shared that she made a conscious decision to appear in the public eye less following her family’s exit from the white house. To note, earlier in the year, Michelle had made headlines for being noticeably absent at her husband’s side during President Trump’s inauguration.
Ultimately, she acknowledged how her decision led the public to believe she and Barack were divorcing.
