#Roommates, ya’ll remember M’Baku from “Black Panther” right? Well that fine brotha has been tapped to star as the late #KimboSlice in the biopic, “Backyard Legend.”
Deadline reports the film is in the works and will showcase the Bahamian-born fighter’s claim to fame, from homelessness to MMA star. Kevin Kimbo Slice passed away in June 2016 at the age of 42 from heart failure and a liver mass.
Winston and Kimbo’s longtime friend and manager, Michael Imber, will serve as executive producers on the film. Imber’s role has not been cast as of yet.
