Papa Blue is stepping in to publicly celebrate Chrisean Jr. on his first birthday while Blueface and Chrisean Rock remain behind bars. On Tuesday, Jonathan Porter Sr. shared a video message for his grandson. Rock’s first child and Blueface’s third hit the major milestone on September 3!
At present, Chrisean Rock is jailed in Oklahoma on a fugitive warrant. Meanwhile, Blueface is serving a sentence for probation violation in Los Angeles. Jr.’s grandmother, Karlissa Saffold, previously shared that a trusted guardian is caring for the one-year-old.

Here’s What Papa Blue Shared On Chrisean Jr.’s Birthday
As mentioned, Jonathan Sr. took to Instagram on Tuesday with a few special shoutouts. He first shared a look at a common area filled with gift bags, balloons, a birthday banner, and portraits of Chrisean Rock and Blueface.
A few hours later, Papa Blue shared a video compilation of different women and a few kids sending birthday wishes to Junior. It appears to be a mix of people who personally know the infant and who are fans of his parents, per the caption.
In his third post, Jonathan Sr. implied that the gifts came from the infant’s supporters.
“Happy 1st Birthday. Hope you have an amazing, blessed day. Free Blueface. Also, we are hoping that they’ll free Chrisean within the next week so that her and Jr. can go online, open up all you guys’ beautiful gifts. Thank you so much. Much love, couldn’t do it without ya. Once again, Happy 1st Birthday Chrisean Jr. Papa Blue loves you and miss you.”
What’s The Update On Rock & Blueface’s Cases?
Last month, Blueface gave an insight into what his daily life is like behind bars and assured his supporters he’d be home in the next few months. He mentioned that the time away feels like a “lil’ break from responsibility” in the video interview. His daily consists of snacking on Doritos, watching TV, using the phone and working out.
Additionally, the rapper said he’s been in contact with Chrisean via three-way and that they’re vibing for now. At the time, he said he hadn’t been in contact with Junior but was hoping Rock would be out soon to bring him on a visit.
That is yet to be known. Rock’s next court date is scheduled for September 27.
