This update comes just weeks after Boosie revealed in April that he had been diagnosed with left atrial enlargement—a condition where the left upper chamber of the heart is larger than normal. The diagnosis sparked concern from fans and fellow artists alike, who sent prayers and well-wishes his way. Boosie didn’t hold back his relief, letting everyone know he’s feeling grateful and ready to keep pushing.
“My testing came back negative with my heart. God good man,” the rapper can be heard saying in a video reposted by The Shade Room. “I gotta chill out…change my diet, I gotta rest,” he added before saying that he was “happy as a b*tch.”
In April, the Atlanta star was involved in a multi-car collision, which may have contributed to his health scare. Following the accident, Boosie shared a concerning video revealing that he was struggling to breathe and was experiencing chest pains.

Boosie’s Health Scare
Following a car accident in Georgia, in which Boosie was in the passenger seat of a BMW, the onset of several symptoms began. At the time, he said he walked away mostly unhurt and went to the hospital to ensure the driver was alright. However, a few weeks ago, he admitted he’d been dealing with lingering chest pains that led him to take a closer look at his health.
Boosie Badazz eventually took to Instagram to let fans know he was diagnosed with a left atrial enlargement. Around his announcement, the rapper, who’s had a public battle with diabetes, visited a cardiologist for a complete evaluation.
Yesterday, I got out of the hospital and went straight to the stage,” Boosie shared. “When I got back to Atlanta, I knew I had to get right. I linked up with some specialists to figure out what was going on with my heart. They told me I had a left atrial enlargement, so I’m just focused on getting my body right and seeing a heart doctor.”
