Brandy’s team dropped an official statement on her Instagram after comments allegedly made by her account popped up under a photo on Beyonc’s fan page. Screenshots from the page show Brandy seemingly accusing Bey of stealing one of her looks and even demanding that Beyonc take a photo with her at one of ‘The Boy Is Mine’ tour stops.
Okay, so BOOM! Recently, some questionable comments from Brandy’s Instagram account appeared under a post on a Beyonc fan page, KingBeyHive. Screenshots started circulating online showing Brandy’s account posting a message under the photo accusing Bey of copying her outfit, “That’s my outfit you down here in.” Then her account dropped another comment saying, “I dare you to come down here again and take a picture with me it will go viral!!!”
Beyonc hasn’t responded to the messages, but Brandy’s team quickly stepped in on her Instagram Story and said hackers took over her account early Tuesday morning, Dec. 2, but it has fully restored.
“The @brandy Instagram account was previously compromised, as of early morning Tuesday, December 2nd. At this time all access has now been fully restored. Brandy looks forward to seeing everyone this weekend at #TheBoyIsMineTour! Management,” the statement read.
Meanwhile, folks in The Shade Room’s comment section cracked jokes, saying Ray J might’ve hacked Brandy’s account himself. While others defended Brandy and said she would never post messages like that.

While Instagram user @jamars_ wrote, “Why would Brandy be trying to talk to Beyonce by commenting on some Fan account? Yall kno that wasnt her..”
Then Instagram user @nikkiskitchenatl wrote, “Ray J Definitely hacked her page”
Another Instagram user @girlyourhairisfly wrote, “This is why Beyonc dont go no where or speaks to us.”
While another Instagram user @danni_debonair wrote, “I see why Beyonce stay in the house.”
Then another Instagram user @that_guy_trei wrote, “The crazy thing about it is, Brandy dont even talk like that. So y’all know its not her.”
Lastly, Instagram user @c_anaisse wrote, “I love how we all immediately thought it was Ray J ”
Speaking of Ray J, before his sister’s team cleared up the viral comments on Bey’s fan page, he actually called out Beyonc and Jay-Z, asking them to show his sis a little more love. Ray claims they’ve been pulling up to ‘The Boy Is Mine’ tour but have never tapped in with his Brandy or even bothered to snap a photo with her.
