Roomies, Rick Ross and Briana Camille are reportedly welcoming their third child together, but not before they settle a paternity dispute in court, according to documents obtained by Bossip.
Briana Camille recently sued the rapper for paternity and to gain child support. The receipts also reveal that the former couple are expecting their child together in the fall.
Briana Camille also alleges that while they were never married, the two lived together with their two kids. It wasn’t until the abrupt split, at the end of last year, she started to live and raise the kids on her own, according to court documents obtained by Bossip.
Rick Ross says not so much. Also, according to Bossip, Ross responded with his own filing, and asked for the case to be tossed out.
According to him, the socialite never served him personally. He also claims he doesn’t stay at the address where the papers were served and never authorized anyone to sign documents, accepting the papers on his behalf.
He also states that he attempted to get a paternity test done, and he gave his DNA sample. But Camille allegedly changed her mind with the quickness and lawyered up, instead of following through with the DNA test.
Also, according to Bossip, the 44-year-old also expressed that the two have decided to move forward with the paternity test this week.
“Mr. Roberts has always taken care of his children, and that is his intention here as well,” Leron Rogers stated. He also stated that “We look forward to working through the process as efficiently as possible.”
Hopefully they sort this out pretty soon.
