Cam Newton and K. Michelle have been trending after getting into an emotional conversation about the constant creation of broken homes in the Black community. K didn’t hold back, questioning Cam about his lifestyle and relationships, especially since he’s gearing up to welcome his ninth child with Jasmin Brown.

K Michelle Questions Cam Newton’s Contribution To Black Family Dynamics
K. Michelle kept the pressure on Cam Newton, asking him if he plans to build a two-parent home with Jasmin Brown for their first child and soon-to-come second.
“Every situation that I’ve ever been in, i thought this was the last one. My goal has never been to have multiple significant others, it just worked out like that,” Cam said.
Regarding how he sees a household, Cam said he believes every home needs a man and a woman. He feels like boys can only learn certain things from a man, and girls need a woman to teach them things only a woman can.

K. Michelle didn’t hold back either. She jumped right in and spoke on the cultural differences between the Black community and other races. She called out how Black women are continuously deal with disrespect and the glorification of multiple partners. That led her to ask when are Black men really going to step up and start building solid homes. “At what point in the Black community do our men create real homes?”
From there, K. Michelle told Cam she sees him as a successful Black man who has the power to change the narrative when it comes to how folks view Black families and relationships. She got choked up talking about her own childhood, growing up watching her grandfather and uncles hold it down in their own marriages. That hit her hard, and she told Cam her one real wish is Black men to step up for Black women and build real families again. “Black men are attacking Black women and it’s not cool. They’re not creating homes,” Michelle added.

Jasmin Brown Confirms She’s Preggo With Cam Newton’s 9th Child
K. Michelle’s deep convo with Cam came right after his boo Jasmin Brown let the world know she’s expecting his ninth child. Jasmin dropped the news on Mother’s Day with a Polaroid flick, rocking a white robe that she left open as she coddles her baby bump.
Jasmin and Cam already share a daughter together. Back in February, Jasmin gave folks a quick peek at their baby girl, while celebrating her first birthday in a post on Instagram.
Along with baby number two on the way with Jasmin, Cam has six additional children. He shares four of them with his ex-girlfriend Kia Proctor — two sons, Chosen Sebastian and Cashmere Saint, plus a daughter, Sovereign Dior Cambella. He also helps raise Kia’s oldest daughter, Shakira. On top of that, Cam also has son named Caesar Lorenzo with photographer LaReina Shaw, per PEOPLE.
