Celebrities You May Not Know Are Veterans

First off, we want to thank all of our Roommates who are veterans for serving this country. Politics aside, that sacrifice should always be appreciated, not just on Veterans Day.

There are millions of veterans in the U.S., about 20 million based on the 2016 U.S. Census, and some of our favorite celebrities are among them, in case you did not know.

Before a life of fame, these celebrities’ journeys led them to serving their country and we are much appreciative of that.

U.S. Army: Ice-T and James Earl Jones.

U.S. Air Force: Morgan Freeman and Sinbad.

U.S. Marine Corps: Montel Williams, Shaggy and Nate Dogg (RIP)

U.S. Navy: Bill Withers and MC Hammer.

A lot of these veteran entertainers are also real life veterans! Once again, we thank them for their service.
