Congrats are in order to Chance The Rapper and his lovely wife Kirsten Corley as they have welcomed their second child together.
On Friday, Kirsten took to social media to announce the news. She said in an Instagram post, “Our sweet baby girl, Marli, is here.” Although she did not reveal their daughter’s face, the baby can be seen wearing a cute little onesie that reads, “I am who he says I am.” The couple already shares their 4-year-old daughter Kensli Bennett.
Chance and Kirsten officially tied the knot back and March, and shortly after their nuptials they announced that baby #2 was on the way. At the time, Chance said to his followers, “We pregnant again, it’s a girl. Jesus Christ, we love you, God.”
Days before their big wedding day, Chance took to Twitter and created a thread when he first met Kristen. He dated the memory back to 2003 at one of his mom’s office parties. He detailed how Kristen was a part of a choreographed dance to Destiny’s Child. Shy at the moment, he talked about how he never introduced himself.
Nonetheless, he ended the memory by saying, “16 years later it’s happening this [weekend] is the time, and the place is my wedding. I’m gonna dance with my wife because this is my destiny.”
