Chase Chrisley has reportedly been released after being arrested in Georgia.

More Details On Chase Chrisley’s Reported Arrest
According to TMZ, Chrisley was booked into the Fulton County Jail on Thursday, January 9. Furthermore, the reality star was reportedly hit with a simple battery misdemeanor charge and had his mugshot taken.
Despite this, Chrisley was reportedly released after satisfying a $10,000 bond.
Here’s Why Chase Landed Behind Bars In Georgia
Per the outlet, Chase Chrisley’s battery charge reportedly stemmed from an incident that occurred at Twin Peaks bar on Monday, January 6. While there, Chrisley reportedly got into a dispute with Brendon Nash, the bar’s manager.
Furthermore, 911 audio reportedly shows Nash’s report of the incident and him presumably telling Chrisley not to “touch” him.
“…The cops are coming,” Nash can be heard presumably telling Chrisley on the 911 call. “…Do not touch me! Do not touch me!”
As Nash continues to speak to the operator, another voice can be heard saying, “I don’t have to touch you — I don’t have to touch you!”
Additionally, Nash alleged Chrisley “assaulted” him after he politely asked for Chrisley to leave the establishment.
“I don’t want anything but for him to go,” Nash told the operator.
Lastly, Nash noted that Chrisley was “belligerently drunk” and slapped him in the face.

Per the outlet, Chase Chrisley’s attorneys, Drew Findling, Marissa Goldberg, and Zack Findling, told the outlet:
“This incident has been entirely blown out of proportion. Chase Chrisley had done the right thing that evening by calling a driver to take him home. He did not assault anyone. Chase was trying to close out his tab and leave. We will be independently investigating the situation.”

As The Shade Room previously reported, Chase Chrisley’s parents, Julie and Todd, are both serving time behind bars after being convicted of tax evasion and bank fraud in 2022. In September, Julie was resentenced to seven years in prison after her initial sentence was overturned in June.
Subsequently, Todd Chrisley reacted to the judge’s decision to uphold his wife’s sentencing, noting his “extreme” disappointment.
