TMZ reports that, according to various sources, Cher and A.E. broke up a couple of weeks ago. However, details surrounding the alleged split, including who broke up with whom, are unclear.
Additionally, the publication reports that the former couple had never been engaged, despite what many people believed following a Christmastime upload that featured a stunning diamond ring.

In fact, TMZ reports that the pair allegedly fed into the speculation, evidenced by Cher telling a reporter that the engagement was “going OK” earlier this year.
It’s also worth adding that TMZ‘s recent article on the matter was published about 13 hours after Radar Online reported that the “Believe” singer was “starting to see Alexander in a different light.” While Radar Online noted that Cher and A.E. were allegedly still an item, TMZ says they’ve been in Splitsville for a while.
