Chris Brown is still running from Karrueche Tran’s domestic violence order #Roommates. Karreuche has a temporary restraining order against Chris in place but she wants a permanent order, which requires her to take Chris to court in order for it to be granted. The problem #Rooommates, is that Kae’s lawyers are having a hard time serving Chris with the papers, even with the help of law enforcement!
According to New York Daily News, Chris’ lawyers informed her lawyers outside the courtroom that Chris won’t allow them to accept “service of the paperwork.”
The issue caused the court to delay the hearing until April 19.
Tran’s attorneys have since reached out to a private company to track him down.
“Generally, high profile people accept service through their attorneys,” Tran’s lawyer Michelle Trigger told The News.
“I would not use the word stonewalled,” she said. “Honestly, service issues are not unusual.”
