Is It Shade? Queen Naija’s Ex Chris Sails Speaks On Timeframe It Takes For A Man To Marry (WATCH)

Chile! Chris Sails has folks online giving him the side-eye and questioning whether he might be shading his ex-wife, Queen Naija. This development comes after Chris hopped online to discuss how long a man takes to marry a woman and when a girlfriend should dip out!

For context, Queen’s unmarried status has long been a topic among her fans, given her years-long relationship with Clarence White. Naija shares one son, Chris Jr., with her ex-husband and another son, Legend, with her boyfriend.

Here’s What Chris Sails Said About The Marriage Timeline

Speaking to his social media followers, Chris dropped the marriage timeline advice for women dating someone for three or more years.

“If you’ve been dating a man for more than three, four, five years, and he still hasn’t asked to marry. Either two things, he don’t really want to be with you. He like to have fun on the side, he like to do his own thing. Two or he just likes the benefit that come with you. He don’t wanna be married. It’s just like he in between, he just like the perks of being with you…but he really just don’t want to be with you. He not in love.”

Chris Sails added that he personally wouldn’t date a woman for more than five or six years without marrying her.

“I’m not about to spend my life six years with a soul and not marry. Unless, really, I’m just really not in love with her,” Sails said.

Sails then turned the question over to his followers, asking their thoughts on the “general” topic. See everything he said below.

Social Media Reacts To Chris’ Comments

Queen and Chris Sails began dating in their teenage years after first meeting at a basketball game. They rose to public recognition via YouTube through pranks, parodies, and eventually family content with Jr. after his birth in 2015. They divorced in 2017, per Distractify.

In The Shade Room’s comment section, the roommates speculated that Sails was throwing BIG shade at his ex and Clarence, especially by singling out six years of a relationship.

@chyse wrote, “This is the effect I want to have on exes after I leave them. She ate.”

@pay.roll clapped back, “U married Queen & STILL WAS ON BS I promise you we not listening to u.”

@jazkartez agreed, writing, “Right message, wrong messenger.”

Meanwhile, @levelupelites agreed with Chris. She wrote, “Men know within the first 3 to 6 months if he will marry you. Keep that in mind ladies. Don’t be a placeholder. Anything over a year or 2 is diabolical.”

To add, Queen and Clarence reportedly began dating months after her divorce. In May, the couple went viral after offering advice to a woman who had been dating for 10 years without a ring from her man.
