Thirty-one-year-old Obadiah Malone, the brother of reality star Chrisean Rock, has been arrested for first-degree attempted murder. According to Fox Baltimore, Malone was arrested in connection to a Southwest Baltimore shooting.

The Shooting
The Southwest Baltimore shooting occurred on October 10, 2022, just before 8:45 p.m., as reported by police. Authorities of the Southwest District were called to investigate a “shot spotter alert” near West North Avenue.
When authorities arrived, they discovered evidence of a shooting. Shortly after, officers were notified that a shooting victim just walked into a local hospital requesting treatment. The 39-year-old man suffered from multiple gunshots.
As authorities continued to investigate, they identified Malone as the shooting suspect. And obtained a warrant.
On December 27, 2022, Malone was arrested. According to Fox Baltimore, he was taken to the Baltimore City Central Booking and Intake Center. And formally charged with Attempted 1st Degree Murder.
Malone’s relationship with the 39-year-old victim remains unclear.
Chrisean Rock Seemingly Reacts
Chrisean Rock hasn’t yet addressed her brother’s arrest. However, the 22-year-old did share a cryptic post on Thursday via Twitter.

Rock & Malone’s Rocky Relationship
According to HipHopDX, the day before Malone was arrested he took to social media to blast his sister. He alleged that Rock and her rapper boyfriend Blueface are “broke.” And added that Rock doesn’t provide for her family financially.

Previously, Malone made an appearance on the pair’s reality show Crazy In Love. And confronted Blueface for allegedly physically abusing his sister.
