Roommates, Chrissy Teigen is known for being extremely open with her fans on social media, which is why it’s not surprising that she continues to share the aftermath of recently losing her third child. In a recent post on Instagram, Chrissy got very candid and expressed her sadness at the reality that she will never be pregnant again.
It’s been a few months now, and Chrissy Teigen is still attempting to heal after suffering the loss of her son. Earlier this week, Chrissy, 35, posted a photo of herself on Instagram, where she shared her current feelings about her body. She also expressed the sadness she feels knowing that she will never be pregnant again following the loss of her son (who she and husband John Legend named Jack) after 20 weeks of pregnancy back in September.
Chrissy wrote, “This is me and my body, just yesterday. Even though I’m no longer pregnant, every glance in the mirror reminds me of what could have been. And I have no idea why I still have this bump, honestly. It’s frustrating.”
Despite the tragic circumstances, she also noted that she’s “proud of where this entire journey took my body and mind in other ways. I love being pregnant, so so much, and I’m sad I never will be again.”
Recognizing that she still has two other children to be grateful for, Chrissy finished her post, writing “But I am lucky to have two amazing little ones who are transforming into big little people more and more every single day.”
