#Roommates, if recent reports are to be believed, it appears that Christina Milian has a double round of congratulations in order these days! On the heels of previously announcing that she is expecting her third child (and second) with fiancé Matt Pokora, reports are swirling that Christina Milian and Matt tied the knot in his hometown of Paris just before announcing their impending bundle of joy.
According to the French magazine “Public,” Christina Milian and fiancé (and reported new husband) Matt Pokora are officially married. The couple reportedly got married in Paris on December 9th, just 24 hours before Christina announced that she was pregnant courtesy of a post on her Instagram page.
The couple reportedly married at the Paris “town hall,” the equivalent to American city hall, where the mayor of Paris officiated the ceremony. As for the details of the ceremony, things were said to be very simple, with Christina opting to wear a white satin dress instead of a large wedding gown. After they exchanged wedding vows, they reportedly enjoyed an intimate lunch with their friends and family at Les Jardins du Faubourg restaurant, which is owned by a friend of the two.
Christina and Matt began dating back in 2017 after they met in Saint-Tropez, France—where Matt is a very popular French singer. Ironically, Christina previously stated last month that she definitely believed that marriage was up next for them—and all signs point to that now being a reality.
“We said we want to actually have our kids there at our wedding someday so I will let you know when that happens. I’m sure I’ll put a little stunning video on my Instagram, like ‘He said yes’ or something like that. It’ll come. I feel like right now we’re married through life now, through kids,” she said.
