Ciara Confronted Charlamagne Tha God For His Past Comments About Her
On Friday, August 22, ‘The Breakfast Club’ released an hour-long interview with CiCi via its YouTube platform. Subsequently, a clip from the group’s sit-down was shared via Instagram. In the clip, Charlamagne can be heard asking Ciara, “Was I mean to you? Was I mean to you?”
In turn, the singer sarcastically swung her head, staring at DJ Envy.

As the clip continued, Charlamagne alleged that he “didn’t remember” his past comments.
“Listen, when you got your energy in a certain place, you can’t remember everything crazy that someone does or says about you. But I definitely will always remember Charlamagne along the way in my journey coming up as an artist,” Ciara responded. “Charlamagne was being Charlamagne so.”
In turn, Charlamagne jokingly stated, “I was on drugs.”
Ultimately, DJ Envy told Charlamagne that he owed Ciara an apology, to which he complied. Then, before the group concluded on the subject, Charlamagne noted that the only comment he could remember was saying,” Rihanna had the Navy. Beyoncé had the Beyhive. And Ciara had the crickets.”
“Well, the crickets are chirping loud, ain’t they?” Ciara responded, adding. “We still here, we still here.”

For context, on one occasion, while speaking with VladTV in 2013, Charlamagne went viral after calling Ciara “the past” and referring to her ex, Future, as the future in music.
“Ciara had a quick, short run. Hopefully, she saved some money… ’cause it don’t look good for her,” he said at the time.

When asked how she feels about those who call Wilson “corny,” the singer explained that those comments don’t even need a reply. Ultimately, the singer explained that Wilson is the “most amazing human being” anyone could know.
