Ciara and her mini-me daughter, Sienna, served up the cutest interview for Billboard ahead of Cis new album, ‘CiCi,’ dropping. This time, however, it was the eight-year-old who was the one firing off questions to her mama, and sis came prepared. But in a moment thats since gone viral on social media, Sienna asked Ci what she believed her favorite Ciara song was, prompting quite the interesting reaction from the singer. Can yall guess the track?
In the most heartwarming moment of the Billboard interview, Sienna hit her mom with the big question: Do you know my favorite song of yours? Ciara, looking all kinds of playful, rolled her eyes and guessed, Level Up. But Sienna wasted no time correcting her. No, Mom, say the real answer, she replied. Ciara, still trying to dodge, begged Sienna not to say it, but our girl shouted, Its ‘Ride!’ Yall, Sienna started singing the chorus loud and proud, while Ciara jokingly slumped in her chair, looking defeated but low-key proud. That songs a whole bop, and clearly Sienna knows it, too!
Mom, you knew the answer, youre just trying to act like you dont, she teased, hopping up from her chair. Ciara then admitted, I know, I just wish youd pick another song! She spilled that Sienna fell in love with Ride after joining her on tour, and now it seems to be on repeat.
In a previously released clip, Sienna kept the questions coming, asking her mom about her favorite collaborations over the years. Ciara said the question was a tough one, but didnt hesitate to shout out her faves. Some of my favorites are people like Auntie Missy [Elliott], she said, making Sienna light up with excitement. Ciara also gave love to her recent collab with Chris Brown on the track How We Roll and Ludacris, with whom she collaborated on Ride and Oh. Those are moments that just felt so special, she shared, reflecting on her longstanding career. Siennas little cheers in the background had us all in our feelings, clearly supportive and proud of her mom.
While Ciaras been in full-on work mode with her new record, her hubby, Russell Wilson, has been out here campaigning for baby number five, yall! The NFL stars been dropping hints on social media, and fans are eating it up. But Ciara, chile? Shes pumping the brakes at least for now! Someone needs to take my husbands phone right now, okay? Because he needs to stop, she told Access Hollywoods Zuri Hall in April, laughing but dead serious:
Amora just came out, and hes already talking about Cinco? Thats just disrespectful. Do you know what I just went through?
Ciara couldnt help but crack up, though, adding, Hes got a great campaign going, Im not gonna lie. When Zuri pointed out that fans are Team Russ, Ciara threw her hands up, saying, Wait, yall not gonna have a little love and sympathy for my ovaries over here, for my uterus? Were screaming!
