Meanwhile, Pap posted a short and sweet birthday message for his “queen” during their late-night outing.

Claressa Shields Celebrates Turning 31
Shields was all smiles as she addressed her 30s era on her birthday! She took to her Instagram Stories shortly after midnight on March 17 to share her thoughts on turning 31. In her videos, sis was riding passenger princess and dripped in diamonds while her man was behind the wheel. She started by saying that it’s a real one’s “holiday” and laughing about being 31.
“…Let me go ahead and spill my lil’ beans. Turning 31 does not hurt. In my younger days, when I was 17….I always felt that when you turn 31 that it gon’ hurt. You gon be old…I say this to say that age ain’t nothing but a number, because if you tell yourself that you old, you gonna feel old. You tell yourself that you young, you gonna feel young. If you eat healthy and you be healthy, drink your water, eat your fruit. Be nice and kind to people, get a great relationship with God, you will feel and you will look young. And you will be happy and don’t let people stress you out,” Claressa Shields said.

Despite experiencing trials and tribulations, Claressa loves that her journey includes smiling through the new wave of haters she gains every year. “Never let no body take your smile away. No matter who it is,” she said. “At the end of the day, I got 31 reasons to be that girl.”
Also, Shields said she has no reason to be upset because she’s surpassed her life circumstances and has everything she’s wanted in life. “And whatever I want to get, I will get,” the boxer said. Additionally, she said she can’t wait to celebrate herself all month. “We going up, FRFR” Claressa said.
Papoose Wishes His Queen A Happy Birthday
As mentioned, Pap also posted late at night in celebration of Claressa Shields. He posted a video of them riding around jamming to Stevie Wonder’s version of the “Happy Birthday” song. She was joyfully singing, and Papoose was smiling, matching her energy. In white text, he wrote, “Special Happy born day my Queen. The love is fireproof,” adding three emojis including a red heart.

Claressa Previously Revealed Joint Birthday Plans
Less than two weeks ago, Papoose celebrated his 48th birthday and Claressa Shields went all out with the social media love. On Instagram, she claimed that she’ll be celebrating him all month, including at their upcoming joint birthday bash. The details surrounding their party such as location and theme are unclear. However, Claressa said it’ll take place on March 28.
