Congratulations! Eddie Murphy and his ex-wife Nicole Murphy’s eldest daughter Bria Murphy is now a married woman.
The 32-year-old artist married her fiancee, actor Michael Xavier, 36 in a romantic Beverly Hills ceremony over the weekend, with her famous mother and father in attendance to witness the couple exchange vows. The private ceremony included 250 of the couple’s closest friends and family, according to People.
In December, Bria shared engagement photos with Michael who appeared in the movie “Shazam” on Instagram, writing in the caption:
“My heart, my best friend, my forever. I love you, always.” Under another engagement portrait, she wrote, “I can’t wait to marry you.”

Bria Murphy’s Wedding Was A Family Affair
Photos shared by Nicole Murphy show that her daughter Bria wore a lace, off-the-shoulder bridal gown designed by Netta BenShabu for her stunning Beverly Hills wedding. Meanwhile, the groom wore a Knot Standard tuxedo, styled by Dion Lattimore, People confirmed. The proud mom posed next to the couple for wedding photos as her ex, Eddie, stood on the opposite end of the newlyweds in photos.
The decor for the wedding included romantic candlelit chandeliers and stunning white floral arrangements throughout the venue. Photos show that Bria’s famous father Eddie Murphy walked her down the aisle.
Eddie, who was looking dapper at the ceremony at 61, is also dad to 9 more children. Eric, 33, Christian, 31, Miles, 29, Shayne, 27, Zola, 22, Bella, 20, Angel Iris, 15, Izzy Oona, 6, and 3½-year-old Max Charles.
The father’s two daughters, Bella and Zoe acted as bridesmaids in the wedding in photos shared again, by proud mother Nicole Murphy.
In a few special moments shared by wedding guest Blair Caldwell on Instagram, Bria and Xavier are seen toasting with champagne by their wedding cake. In another snap, Eddie Murphy appears to share a few kind words, expressing how “very happy” and “proud” he is for his daughter and new son-in-law.

Mom, Nicole Murphy also shared how ecstatic she was about Bria jumping the broom, sharing a solo shot of her dress for her wedding writing,
