During the last season of Real Housewives of Atlanta we saw Cynthia Bailey and Peter Thomas try to put the pieces back together again, after a video of him and another woman circulated cheating rumors.
However, it looks like the couple needed some time apart to work things out.
In an interview with “The Daily Dish”, Bailey confirms that her and Peter are currently separated. As seen on the show, Peter currently resides in Charlotte where he runs his sports bar, “Sports One”, and Cynthia is still living in Atlanta.
She said, “I am definitely taking some time to myself to figure out how I want to move forward. I don’t want to rush into anything, so I think this time apart is good for us.”
Now we’ve seen relationships end on RHOA, but we’ve also seen relationships mended as well. Therefore, the fate of their marriage is still up in the air.
Cynthia continued, “Regardless of where I am with Peter, he is my husband. I will always love him, and I will always support him. And I believe he feels the same about me. Whether or not we decide to stay married or not, that’s something that we have to decide soon. But right now, I’m enjoying the time apart, taking time for myself.”
