D4vd’s Brother Breaks Silence Amid His Arrest
Recently, footage from D4vd’s arraignment circulated online. Per TMZ, he appeared in court on April 20 after prosecutors charged him with lewd and lascivious sexual acts with a person under 14 years old, mutilation of a human body, and first-degree murder in the Celeste Rivas Hernandez case. The musician pleaded not guilty, and his legal team requested a preliminary hearing. If the case reaches that hearing and prosecutors don’t present witnesses or evidence, a judge could reportedly dismiss the charges outright.
As the case unfolds and folks wait to see what happens next for D4vd, his brother Caleb Burke seemingly broke his silence in an Instagram Story message. Caleb didn’t directly call out his big brother, but fans speculated that his message points in that direction as he wrote, “All pedophiles and rapists should die. Period.”
