A resurfaced video shows D4vd interacting with a female fan at an event. Although the sound is muted, the TikTok clip shows the fan seemingly showing him her T-shirt as she stands in front of a step-and-repeat. Folks online who peeped the footage noticed a noticeable shift in the singer’s energy as the girl approached him. At this time, it’s unclear when the video was filmed, but D4vd’s reaction to the fan has sparked reactions online as he remains behind bars in the Celeste Rivas Hernandez case.

Recently, footage from D4vd’s arraignment circulated online. Per TMZ, he appeared in court on April 20 after prosecutors charged him with lewd and lascivious sexual acts with a person under 14 years old, mutilation of a human body, and first-degree murder in the Celeste Rivas Hernandez case. The musician pleaded not guilty, and his legal team requested a preliminary hearing. If the case reaches that hearing and prosecutors don’t present witnesses or evidence, a judge could reportedly dismiss the charges outright.
As the case unfolds and folks wait to see what happens next for D4vd, his brother Caleb Burke seemingly broke his silence in an Instagram Story message. Caleb didn’t directly call out his big brother, but fans speculated that his message points in that direction as he wrote,All pedophiles and rapists should die. Period.
