Earlier this month, DaniLeigh’s brother Brandon Bills got into an altercation with DaBaby, the father of her child, and now Brandon is suing the rapper.
According to documents obtained by TMZ, Brandon is suing for “assault, battery, emotional distress and negligence.” Brandon claims he was walking by DaBaby in the bowling alley when he was “suddenly attacked,” which left him with “severe injury and pain.”
Brandon says he didn’t fight back, and he was left with “physical and psychological damage, plus medical bills and sustained disability.”
DaBaby spoke out and claimed the brawl was self-defense. It’s also reported that DaBaby was banned from the bowling alley in Topanga, CA.
As previously reported, authorities are currently investigating DaBaby for severe charges, including assault with a deadly weapon. Reports say this is due to Brandon being kicked in the head while he was already on the ground.
After the incident, DaniLeigh took to her Instagram stories to express how she felt about the situation. She stated, “Lame as hell!!!! Running up on my brother on some slippery a** floors with 5/6 of ya boys while he’s by himself and not even touching him!!!” Lame and soooo sad.” She continued, “I pray this stops now!! Bc this is my family! And I got a daughter to raise. Sad.”
Afterward, it looked as though DaniLeigh deactivated her Instagram account.
Brandon took to Instagram Live and had a lot to say. He expressed that the fight wasn’t “fair” and that he was jumped.
“I spoke to you like a man my n***a, I said yo come let’s talk one-on-one like some men, me and you on the side my n***a…,” he stated. “That’s some b***h a** n***a sh*t, ain’t no brownie points there….”
