Congrats are in order to actress/ singer Danielle Brooks.
On Tuesday, she took to social media to announce to her followers that she is pregnant with her first child.
Danielle who is 5 months along, said, “So elated to finally share this news with you all. I’m happily pregnant!” While holding a Clear Blue pregnancy test, she continued to say, “When one chapter ends, another begins. Super excited to share my new beginning.”
Now many of you know may know Danielle as Taystee from Netflix’s hit original show “Orange Is The New Black,” which is entering its final season. However, she also has a background in theatre.
She earned a Tony Award nomination for her role as Sofia in the 2015 production of “The Color Purple.”
