The last few years have been quite the emotional rollercoaster for DaniLeigh, but these days she is a proud mother to her beautiful daughter—and finally getting back to her music. After taking a hiatus, DaniLeigh has officially returned to the stage courtesy of a recent performance in Brazil that had everyone in the crowd singing along with her.
Proving that her musical comeback is going strong, not only is DaniLeigh releasing new music (her new single ‘The Same’ just dropped today,) but she is also back in her live performance bag and traveling overseas to give her fans what they want.
Wearing a figure-hugging red jumpsuit with thigh-black patent leather boots, DaniLeigh had her lengthy tresses swinging back-and-forth as she performed to a full crowd who couldn’t help but sing along to every word.
As we previously reported, after being relatively silent about her past tumultuous relationship with DaBaby, last month DaniLeigh sat down for an exclusive interview with Angie Martinez and finally told her side of things.
“It was good, and then, of course, he had his little mess-ups and stuff, and we’d break up for a month and get back together, and then again, we’d break up…we broke up a lot. But during that time, I definitely wasn’t his side piece, and he knows that too. But I felt like when I spoke to him; he told me the night before I was doing the most when it comes to crying and stuff, you know, how I felt. And I guess he said what he said out of anger and tried to make me look bad I guess, I don’t know,” she said.
Although she has yet to announce a release date, DaniLeigh is currently working on a new album and her fans are hoping it drops sometime this year.
