Dave East Cited For Battery On A Woman During An Alleged 3-Way Hookup That Went Left

Dave East and a woman have been cited for battery during an alleged 3-way hookup that clearly didn’t go as planned. While no one was arrested in the incident, cops said bottles and punches were thrown between Dave and two women he brought back to his hotel room for some fun.

It all went down last weekend in Las Vegas where cops interviewed multiple witnesses to an altercation that Dave and the two women allegedly got into following his appearance at Drai’s Nightclub, TMZ reports.

According to the police report, Dave invited the ladies back to his room at the Delano hotel and started hooking up with them. Apparently one minute things were getting freaky and the next minute, things just went left.

From Dave’s perspective, he told officers that one of the women was upset he wasn’t giving her as much attention and she flipped out on him, throwing champagne bottles at him from across the room. But sis told police that it was Dave who got physical during the middle of their sexual encounter.

She told police she and Dave got into an argument and claims he threw 5 to 6 punches, with one hitting her arm.

Dave reportedly suffered injuries too, claiming that two of the bottles the girl threw made contact, striking him in the head and leaving cuts. Cops reportedly saw visible evidence of his injuries on his arm and leg.

Other witnesses included a third woman who had entered the room once the argument started and one of Dave’s friends.

The third woman claims Dave was the aggressor, while his friend said he only saw the woman involved hurling bottles.

Given that it’s a he-said, she-said situation, both parties were cited for misdemeanor battery, but nobody was arrested.

Dave and the woman were treated at separate hospitals for their injuries.

Dave’s attorney, Stacey Richman, further claims the woman threw a soap dispenser at him– but says he didn’t respond with violence, and instead was concerned for everyone’s safety.

Richman claims he justifiably took her by the arm and removed her from the room.

Richman denies he assaulted anyone and says he got a CAT scan after the alleged incident. They are waiting on the results.

We’ll keep you posted on any updates, Roomies.
