The Shade Room has obtained court documents showing that the temporary restraining order between Halle Bailey and DDG has been extended. As previously reported, a judge granted some of the requests in the TRO DDG filed in June. He had attempted to stop Halle from traveling to Italy with Halo for a work commitment. However, the judge ruled against that, allowing Bailey to travel with their son as long as the streamer was allowed to visit with a professional third party.
Weeks before DDG’s petition in June, the judge granted Halle a TRO against him on May 13, 2025. It was initially set to end yesterday, on October 15, 2025. Each partys respective legal counsel informed the court that they are preparing the agreement and requested that the hearing be continued to a future date. For now, the TRO is in place until November 5, 2025. “Any temporary orders are to remain in full force until the continued hearing date,” the document said.
The internet loved a good DDG and Halo moment in his first year! Things look a little different these days as the star has had to abide by supervised visits. Court documents detail their supervised visit with a court-appointed monitor on September 17, 2025. The monitor watched over all interactions involving Halo for nine hours.
The documents detail Halle Bailey dropping Halo off at the exchange location. They also break down the several hours Halo spent with his DDG as the monitor documented everything. All of the interactions were on paper, from little conversations between Halo and DDG to everything the toddler ate, toys he played with, and even his nap time.
DDG recently dropped a record yearning for normalcy in his relationship with Halle and Halo. In the song, he says:
“We dont need no judges, we dont need to fight. I cant leave my son cause he need me in his life. Why you got him thinkin that you Tina and Im Ike? I can never hate you, me and you created life.
The Shade Room reached out to DDG and Halle Bailey’s legal teams for a line of communication on the ongoing case. DDG’s lawyer’s office told us he would not speak to the press, while Halle Bailey’s attorney did not respond. This week, Halle hopped on socials to let her fans know she’s in a great space.
