DDG Expresses Frustrations About Not Seeing Baby Halo
DDG first shared his frustrations on X (formerly Twitter) on Friday, March 7, writing, “been fighting to see my son for months now… shoutout to all the Dads who try their best to be there. this s*** sucks.”
He then hopped on a stream to explain why he hadn’t seen Halo. He told fans he’s been trying to handle everything maturely, but he has been dealing with a lot of drama since his son was born.
“I really feel like I’m a f*****g nanny at this point. The nanny has been able to have my son more than me. And I don’t even know the nanny name. Like, it’s just not fair bro. So I have to come on here and I gotta do this s**t,” he said during the livestream.
The rapper also mentioned he’s thinking about going to court but thinks things shouldn’t get that serious. He added that he’s going to keep track of every day he doesn’t get to see Halo.
“Now if I don’t see my son, y’all know I stream every day. Every day I don’t see my son I’m going to number it. I know she’s going to let me see my son now, this the only way,” he continued.
DDG Gets Real About Co-Parenting With Halle Bailey
In addition to everything he shared, DDG said that behind closed doors, he hadn’t seen Halo. He alleged that the only time he gets to hang out with him is when he and Halle are “on perfect terms,” but if they’re not, he doesn’t get to see him.
The YouTuber also explained that working with other women on social media doesn’t have anything to do with wanting time with Halo. He even stated that he doesn’t care who Halle gets involved with.
“I don’t give a f*** who she f****g, who she talk to, who her n***a is, who she filming movies with, I don’t give a f***, I care about my son. That’s all I care about, literally. And when that’s taken from me, she know that’s the only way I get frustrated. That’s the only way she can get under my skin, because I don’t care what she does. We haven’t been together.”
It looks like DDG was in a mood to air EVERYTHING out. He even straight-up admitted that he’s been protecting Halle’s “golden image” and said he’s down to keep doing it. But he made it clear that if he wants to pick up Halo and spend time with him, he should be able to do that. He also told his viewers that he recently planned to chill with Halo at Halle’s home because he was sick and didn’t want to bother taking him out anywhere. But apparently, his plans got shut down, because he was allegedly asked to leave. DDG also said that his convos with Halle come with a vibe that feels like she’s saying, “Leave us alone.”
