DDG Honored At Streamer U & Thanks Kai
After being crowned Streamer U MVP, DDG used this moment to address the ongoing controversy surrounding him. Rather than feeding into the mess, he kept it 100 and focused on gratitude, shouting out Kai Cenat for standing by him despite everything circulating online.
“I want to give a shout out to Kai for always seeing…the good in me,” DDG said. “I know a lot of y’all be seeing the sh– on the internet. So I really appreciate you for having me.”

DDG’s time at Streamer University was anything but quiet. From being introduced by Kai Cenat as a professor teaching ‘Internet Beef 101,’ to getting expelled after Kai had fans vote between him and fellow streamer Rakai, it’s been chaotic. Let’s not forget the moment DDG got reprimanded by Kai after sneaking guests into his dorm during lockdown. Or, when DDG kicked out a student for calling him “Doo Doo Garbage” and repping DEO.

The moment marked one of Drake’s first public appearances since laying low following his high-profile feud with Kendrick Lamar. In the speech, Drake can be heard saying:
“It’s my belief that the individuals that attended this program, and that are sitting watching this video, are the next shift in media. You all have the capability to take things farther than any of us ever imagined. I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again, you are the future. People watch your channels whether they’re at 300 viewers or 300,00 viewers, and they find relatability. They find joy. They find an escape from their own lives.”
