More Details On DeJ & Durk’s Relationship & His Recent Arrest
Fans think DeJ might’ve been talking about Durk because they were previously rumored to be dating. However, in a 2016 Hot97 interview, Durk set the record straight, saying they were just “homies.”
As TSR reported earlier, U.S. Marshals arrested the ‘All My Life’ artist in Florida on Thursday, October 24. According to the Chicago Tribune, Durk is currently held in Broward County, and his arrest coincided with California prosecutors taking several other men into custody for a murder-for-hire plot against rapper, Quando Rondo.
Jail records reviewed by The Shade Room revealed that marshals arrested Durk on charges related to a murder-for-hire scheme. Court documents indicate that the attempt involved a shootout at a Los Angeles gas station in August 2022, which resulted in the death of Quando Rondo’s cousin, Saviay’a Robinson. Reports suggest that the murder plot aimed to avenge the death of Lil Durk’s mentee, King Von. Prosecutors initially charged Timothy “Lul Tim” Leeks, an associate of Quando with King Von’s murder. In August 2023, they dropped the felony murder charges, according to Complex.
