Diamond Brown is not letting up on her daughter’s dad, Chris Brown. Reportedly. TMZ, citing court documents, said she accuses him of “disturbing behavior.” The latest filing is reportedly part of her lawsuit over child custody and support, which she filed in May.
According to TMZ, Diamond Brown has told the court in her filing that her relationship with Chris ended two years ago. However, he has allegedly caused issues in her dating life, namely becoming “extremely angry with [her] when [she has] dated other men” since their breakup. Additionally, Diamond reportedly claims Chris Brown made “death threats against her most recent boyfriend…but also to his twin brother.”
“I understand that he has also had third parties make threats,” Diamond reportedly stated in the court docs.
Diamond also reportedly shared that Chris Brown did the “same thing with another gentleman” she dated shortly after her breakup with the singer. “Both of these relationships broke up because of Chris’ harassment,” she said. “I should not be left to be scared to move on with my life because of Chris’ anger and resentment.”
Diamond said she has not taken any other action about the harassment up to this point. However, since March 2026, she’s allegedly asked his attorney, through her attorney, to address Chris and make him “stop this behavior.”
“Christopher’s behavior has been harassing, disturbing my peace and feels extremely frightening,” Diamond Brown’s filing reportedly says.
She’s also purposely avoided filing a domestic violence restraining in the hopes that “Chris agrees to stop this scary behavior.” Even now, she reportedly not seeking a restraining order.
“I feel that I have bee living under siege and would appreciate the right to peaceful enjoyment of my life,” Diamond reportedly said, per TMZ.
To note, Diamond’s filing says Chris’ lawyer has already denied the harassment claims via an email to her team. “Chris denies this and in fact I continue to see your client posting things that are inappropriate. Please send me specifics to address so | can understand and assist if this is really happening,” per the reported email.
Additionally, in her filing, Diamond Brown reportedly said Chris has not requested to see 4-year-old, Lovely “in the last six to seven months.” Additionally, Diamond said that he blew up at her Lovely’s birthday party, calling it “harmful and especially inappropriate.”
The former couple notably celebrated her birthday in January with a fairy-tale-themed party, according to video footage circulating at the time. It is unclear if the incident Diamond cited occurred at Lovely’s fourth party or third mermaid-themed birthday in January 2025, or any other celebrations.
Diamond also filed a declaration of her income and expenses, reportedly claiming she earns only $1,500 a month as an influencer and esthetician.Meanwhile, she estimates Chris Brown’s net worth at around $50 million with earnings of $5.5 million to $7.3 million per month. In comparison, she’s saying Chris isn’t providing sufficient child support for Lovely and won’t provide his financial records to establish the monthly amount. Allegedly, she doesn’t want the same exact lifestyle as Chris Brown, but Diamond claims to want “basic adequacy to meet the child’s needs.”
Currently, Diamond admits that Chris Brown pays for her monthly rent, while she spends $800 a month on food, $300 on clothing, $500 on Lovely’s extracurriculars and other expenses totaling nearly $8,400, per TMZ. However, she says those expenses are about to increase to nearly $45,000 a month, including $15,000 in rent and a $ 1,450 increase in food, plus thousands more for gifts, childcare, and extracurriculars. Those are the figures she’s reportedly hoping a judge will weigh while deciding on monthly child support payments.
Reportedly, Diamond also cited that Chris allegedly purchased luxury cars for his other co-parents, Nia Guzman and Jada Wallace. Wallace and Diamond exchanged words online in February 2026, when Brown exposed Jada’s unannounced pregnancy.
